Quick Recipe: Em’s Simple Pomodoro Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pasta
  • Salt (for boiling water + seasoning)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 can Chef Pasquale's tomatoes
  • Fresh basil, for serving
  • Grated parmesan cheese, for serving

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Sauté 2 crushed garlic cloves in ¼ cup olive oil.
  3. Add 28oz tomatoes; simmer for 10 min, season with salt.
  4. Toss with drained pasta. Pair with fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese!
