Quick Recipe: Em’s Simple Pomodoro Pasta

Ingredients:
- 12 oz pasta
- Salt (for boiling water + seasoning)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 can Chef Pasquale's tomatoes
- Fresh basil, for serving
- Grated parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Sauté 2 crushed garlic cloves in ¼ cup olive oil.
- Add 28oz tomatoes; simmer for 10 min, season with salt.
- Toss with drained pasta. Pair with fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese!
