Pesto

Ingredients:
- 5 cups wet basil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan reggiano
- 3 large garlic cloves
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the olive oil and garlic. Blend until smooth.
- Gradually add the basil and blend continuously until a smooth paste forms.
- Add the grated Parmesan reggiano and blend briefly until fully incorporated.
- Toss the sauce with hot pasta and mix well to ensure it is evenly coated!
