Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups wet basil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan reggiano
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • ½ cup olive oil

 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the olive oil and garlic. Blend until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the basil and blend continuously until a smooth paste forms.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan reggiano and blend briefly until fully incorporated.
  4. Toss the sauce with hot pasta and mix well to ensure it is evenly coated!
