Bianco Family Notes

This flat ribbon pasta is bronze-drawn for a rough surface that perfectly absorbs sauces. It pairs well with creamy sauces like alfredo, ragu, carbonara or seafood with tomatoes!  They are packaged in little “nests” which make them less likely to break!

Sizing Notes And How We Use It

This pasta comes in 500g (1.1lb) bags in a box of 12 bags. Because the pasta is dried, pantry storage is very easy! Typically, our family of 6 goes through between 1-1.5lbs of pasta for a family dinner.
